作曲家伍仲衡将会连同两位“唱得之人”萧正楠和区永权大唱好歌，又会与身在各地的香港音乐人连线，分享抗疫经历，及与主持对唱金曲，举行一场线上音乐会，用熟悉的旋律为香港送上祝福。三位主持将会演绎各年代的经典金曲，用靓声陪伴大家留家抗疫。节目亦会邀请歌手到现场一同“Jam歌”，以及连线在家抗疫的歌手，他们将会分享近况，并与主持隔空合唱。另外，节目还会连线身在外地的香港歌手，与他们访谈之余，更邀请他们“大开金口”，与主持一同合唱。一众在外地工作的歌手亦会拍摄短片，分享在疫情期间的感触，并为香港人送上祝福。
