同为爵色公司的老板沈梦、人事庄羽、摄影白山、美术端木、总监赫连、编导秦岭、财务岚烟、艺人美玲和外聘司机阿豪一同前往梅林小镇团建。这本是一次普通的团建活动，但在他们入住了别墅后，灾难却降临了——梅林小镇下起了会使活物石化的石化雨。此时别墅内广播响起幕后BOSS夜十一的声音，夜十一要求众人陪自己玩5轮游戏。在石化雨和游戏任务的双重压力下，众人被迫探索梅林小镇的秘密……
警察叻sir（陈百祥饰）为了取得黑社会头目曾琛（曾志伟饰）的犯罪证据，命令手下须仁（余文乐饰）、肥秋（林子聪饰）和傻强（杜汶泽饰）进入曾琛的帮派中当卧底，而事实上曾琛也派了手下华dee（黄浩然饰）潜入了警队当中。当他们进入了帮派后，才发现曾琛不懂如何处理黑社会中的事务，本质并不坏。这时候，须仁他们被数名不知情的女警抓住了。须仁等人更对这几名警花产生了感情。不久黑社会的最高头目死去了，帮派内部纠纷不断。须仁这几名搞怪之人也掺和进去了，继而发生一连串乱七八糟的糊涂事。
